4. Who receives information

We share information only where needed with service providers and professional advisers, including:

If you follow a link to Payhip, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music or another external service, that service is responsible for information it collects under its own privacy notice.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires it, we rely on an adequacy regulation, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism. You can ask us for more information about safeguards relevant to your information.

6. How long we keep information

7. Cookies and similar technology

The ReadReps landing page does not intentionally use advertising cookies or first-party behavioural analytics. Essential technical data may still be processed to deliver and protect the site. Payhip checkout, embedded purchase tools and external media services may use their own cookies or similar technology; review their notices and controls when you use those services.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information; object to processing; receive portable data; and withdraw consent. You also have the right not to be subject to certain solely automated decisions. These rights can be limited by law.

Email robbie@readreps.app with “Privacy request” in the subject line to make a request. We may need to verify your identity. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, but we would appreciate the chance to address the concern first.

9. Children

ReadReps educational material may be used by younger musicians, but purchases and customer accounts should be made or supervised by an adult. Ordinary use by a teacher or parent does not require the child or student to create a ReadReps customer account or provide their personal information to us. Please do not send us information about a child unless it is necessary to resolve a support matter and an appropriate adult is involved.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our services, providers or legal duties change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
